About KYVEON
A small, founder-led studio in Lahore. Here is what that actually means, including the parts that might send you elsewhere.
KYVEON is a small, founder-led development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. We build custom websites, web applications and mobile apps for businesses in Pakistan and in the United States. That is the whole description — there is no larger organisation behind it, no offices elsewhere, and no sales team.
This page exists because most agency about pages imply scale that is not there. Ours tells you what you would actually be buying, including the parts that might make you choose someone else.
How the studio works
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. There is no account manager relaying your requirements to a developer you never speak to, and nothing is subcontracted onward without telling you. When you send a question, an engineer reads it and an engineer answers it. On a remote engagement this matters more than it does locally, because every layer between you and the build adds a round trip and loses detail.
Scope and price are fixed in writing before development starts. You get a written scope listing every page and feature, a fixed price for that scope, and a dated timeline. If you want something added mid-project, we quote it as a change in writing first, so you decide with the number in front of you rather than finding it on an invoice. Payment is split across milestones, so you pay as work is delivered rather than funding a promise.
You see the work as it happens. Projects run in visible stages — design, build, testing, launch — with a regular demo on a staging link you can open on your own device. You are not waiting for a reveal at the end, which means course corrections happen while they are still cheap to make.
You own everything at the end. Source code, design files, domain, hosting and any third-party accounts are in your name and transfer to you on final payment, documented so another developer can pick the project up. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because leaving is painful.
Working hours, and what that means for a US client
We work Pakistan Standard Time, Monday to Saturday, roughly 10:00 to 20:00, and reply within one business day.
PKT runs nine hours ahead of US Eastern during daylight saving time and ten hours ahead in winter. In practice that is better than it sounds: a 9:00am call on the US East Coast lands at about 6:00pm in Lahore, comfortably inside our working day. US Eastern mornings and our late afternoons overlap naturally, without either side working unusual hours.
The West Coast is a longer stretch — twelve hours ahead in summer, thirteen in winter — so a 9:00am Pacific call falls around 9:00 to 10:00pm here. We do take those, but by arrangement rather than as a default, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend the geography is not there.
The practical effect is that work you send at the end of your day is usually looked at before your next morning. Written updates carry most of the project; calls are scheduled rather than spontaneous.
What we will not claim on your behalf
Part of what a studio does for a client is decide what the site is allowed to say. We hold a hard line on three things, on our own site and on yours.
No fabricated local presence. We will not build a city page implying an office you do not have, or attach a rented mailbox address to make a page look local. For a licensed profession that is not merely a marketing question: it can create real problems with the body regulating how practitioners hold themselves out.
The alternative is genuinely better, and it is what we built for the anonymised CPA firm in our portfolio: a national-reach architecture where each regional page describes how the firm actually works with clients there — what is handled remotely, how documents are exchanged, how meetings happen — and never claims a physical presence. Every sentence is defensible, and the pages are more useful for it. That case study is anonymised at the client’s discretion, because the same discipline applies to what we publish about our own clients.
No guaranteed rankings. We build with clean semantic structure, sensible URLs, structured data and fast Core Web Vitals, because those are engineering decisions that help. But we do not sell SEO as a service and will never promise a position in search results.
No invented credentials. No fabricated client counts, no invented years in business, no awards we did not win, no testimonials we did not receive, no certifications we do not hold. If you find a number on this site, it describes something real and checkable.
We apply the same rule to your site. If a claim cannot be substantiated, we will tell you rather than write it, and we will usually find something true that works better — specifics almost always outperform superlatives.
The work, published in full
Two builds are documented end to end, with the engineering described plainly rather than dressed up:
- IMAAR International — a 50+ page, two-market website for a tax, corporate and legal consultancy, keeping a US accounting practice and a Pakistan legal practice in cleanly separated lanes within one architecture. Designed, built, launched and maintained end to end.
- A US CPA firm — a 109-page, compliance-aware architecture built on Astro, designed to reach a national audience without ever claiming a local office it does not have. Anonymised at the client’s discretion.
Both are in the portfolio in full, including the decisions that were difficult and why they went the way they did.
What KYVEON is not, yet
We are a young studio. That is the honest position, and padding it would undermine everything else on this page.
We do not have a decade of case studies. We have two published builds, both real, both substantial, both described accurately. We do not have a team of specialists you can be handed between; you get one engineer, which is an advantage on a focused project and a genuine limitation on a very large one. We do not have a US entity, a US office or US staff, and we will not imply otherwise. We do not have a wall of client testimonials, because we would rather have none than write ones nobody said.
There are projects we are the wrong choice for. If you need someone physically in the room every week, if your project needs a team of eight running in parallel to hit a date, or if the work is deeply regulated in a way that requires local counsel embedded in the build, we are not the right fit — and we will tell you that on the first call rather than after a deposit.
What we can offer is narrow and, we think, worth something: work done by the person who scoped it, a price that does not move, code you own outright, and a studio that will tell you when the thing you asked for is not the thing you need.
If you want to see how we scope and price the work, web development services and mobile app development set out the packages in full.
Still deciding? Ask us anything.
Tell us what you are trying to build. We will give you an honest read on whether we are the right studio for it — and say so if we are not.
